Cooking Instructions: 

  • Material Required: 225 g paneer (cut into small cubes), 2 medium/150 g tomato puree, Vanita Aahar Paneer Butter Masala Gravy Mix (50g), ½ cup / 100 ml milk, 3 tbsp/ 45 g butter, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup/ 200 ml water. 
  • Make a paste of entire pack of Vanita Aahar Paneer Butter Masala Gravy Mix and milk. 
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and cook till oil oozes out. 
  • Add the paste and cook for 2-3 min. 
  • Add water, paneer and butter. Cook till the gravy thickens. 
  • Garnish with cream or butter and serve hot with rice or chapati.
