Cooking Instructions (for 10 Rs. Pack):

Material Required: Edible Oil, ½ Kg chicken/mutton, 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, 1-2 green chillies
Heat 3 ½ tbsp (50 ml) of oil in a pan and add 2-3 finely chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden brown.
Add 500g of chicken/mutton and cook till oil separates from chicken/mutton.
Add 2-3 chopped tomatoes, green chillies, required salt, and stir till done.
Mix full content of Vanita Aahar Non-veg Gravy Mix pack in 2 ½ cups (500 ml) water and add to the pan containing chicken/mutton, cook on low flame till chicken/mutton is done.
Add salt as per your taste.
Garnish with green coriander and serve hot with chapati or rice.
