Description

Cooking Instructions: 

  • Material Required: Vanita Aahar Dhokla Mix, Water, Edible oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chilies. 
  • Put some water in a cooker (without the whistle) on full lame and allow it to boil. 
  • Grease the cooker container with oil. 
  • Mix the contents of this pack with water and add refined edible oil. Quickly mix the batter using a whisk or your hands to break the lumps and form a smooth batter. 
  • Add water to the mix just before keeping it in the cooker. 
  • Cover the cooker and let it cook for 15minutes on medium flame. 
  • Take 20 ml oil and heat it, add mustard seeds, asafoetida. Allow oil to cool for 2 min and then add 60 ml of water and sprinkle this mix evenly over the Khaman. Garnish with coriander leaves, grated coconut and fried green chilies.
