Description

Cooking Instructions:

Material required: 4 Eggs, Edible oil, water, 2 medium onion chopped, 2 medium tomato chopped, green chillies
Boil 4 eggs for 10-12 minutes and remove eggshells
Fry the eggs in 50 ml ( 3 ½ tbsp) oil in a pan.
Add 1-2 finely chopped onions to the same oil and sauté till it turns golden brown.
Add 1-2 chopped tomatoes and green chillies, stir till done.
Mix full content of Vanita Aahar Egg Curry Gravy Mix pack in 1 ½ cups (300 ml) water and add to the pan of onion and tomato. Add fried eggs. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Add salt as per your taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
